How can I Return an item on Facilewellness.com?
To be able to initiate a return, you need to first log into your Facilewellness.com account and visit the “My Orders” section. Here, select your order and then click on returns. Follow the prompts hereon to complete the process.
How can I cancel an order on Facilewellness.com?
It is not possible to cancel an order once placed via Facilewellness.com. However, if you have cleared the payment via Credit Card or Net Banking, you can choose not to accept the delivery and the amount will be refunded to you as soon as the shipment has been returned.
How can I Replace or Exchange Items in my Order?
While we do not offer product to product replacement at the moment, customers have the option of returning a product. By returning the product within 7 days of receiving the product, we at Facilewellness.com are more than happy to refund you for your purchase. Kindly specify how you would like to be refunded- with a gift voucher to shop at Facilewellness.com or a refund into your account through the relevant payment gateway. Remember that COD deliveries will have their refunds processed via check. All refunds take between 7 to 10 working days to be processed.
How Do I Arrange for a Pickup for an Item to be Returned?
As of now we do not have a facility to arrange for the pickup of the products. You will have to send the product(s) on your own and at your own expenses. We will initiate the refund upon receiving the product(s) at our end.
In What Cases are returns not Possible?
- If the returns are not initiated within 7 days of the delivery date
- If the items have been used
- If the tag/label of the item is not intact and/or removed
What are the Different Methods of Refund offered by Facilewellness.com after cancellation?
We provide credit vouchers or refunds depending on your personal choice at the end of each return or cancellation process. Note that credit card and net banking payment refunds will be initiated through the payment gateway. These refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the item arriving back at the warehouse. Most refund processes take about 7 to 10 working days.
COD orders are refunded with check. Make it a point to specify the exact name that the check needs to be in favor off. The check is then couriered to your billing/shipping address as instructions provided.
