We have a very simple to follow weight management program. With this weight management program, it is really simple to lose, gain or maintain your weight. Simply follow the below guidelines on how to lose, gain or maintain your weight.

Simple program to Lose Weight 

Before starting on this simple program to lose weight, measure your morning weight before having your morning tea or breakfast. Note it down in a diary with date. Also measure inches from your waist, hips, thighs and upper arms and note these down too. Remember that losing inches is more important than losing weight. Losing inches means that you are losing fat, and your body is getting back into shape.

Now follow this simple diet plan –

Have one cup of tea or coffee with moderate sugar and 1-2 biscuits.

After half an hour take one tablet of Green Tea with one glass of Lukewarm water.

After half an hour Mix 2 scoops of Meal Replacement Powder in 250 ml of milk and drink it for breakfast. Take one tablet each of the multivitamin tablet and fiber tablet with fresh water.

After 2 hours have any one fruit.

Have your normal lunch with a plate full of salad before main meal of vegetables, dal, and chapati or rice. Do not overeat.

Have a plate full of sprouts or salad as evening snack.

Have one tablet of green tea with lukewarm water.

For dinner Mix 2 scoops of Meal replacement powder in 250 ml of milk, take one tablet each of the multivitamin tablet and fiber tablet with fresh water.

Exercise for at least 30-45 minutes every day is important for a long-lasting weight loss. Restrict the intake of salt and sugar. Drink plenty of water, one liter per 20 kilogram of body weight per day. For example, your weight is 60 kgs drink at least 3 liters of water.

With this simple weight loss diet plan expected weight loss per month is 2-4 kg. Please note that weight loss results vary from person to person and are not typical. To lose 10 kg of body weight it may take 3-4 months. Some people lose weight fast and some slowly, it depends on your body type. Following the weight loss diet plan consistently is the key.

Weight Gain Program 

To gain weight there is no restriction on what you eat except junk food. Take 2 scoops of meal replacement powder in 250 ml of milk after all the three meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take one tablet of fiber and one tablet of multivitamin tablet twice daily with breakfast and dinner. Exercise for at least 30-45 minutes. Restrict salt and sugar. Drink plenty of water.

A good weight gain is when you gain muscle mass and have a lean and fit muscular body.

Weight Maintenance Program 

To maintain weight, take 2 scoops of meal replacement powder in 250 ml of milk for breakfast and take one tablet of multivitamin and one tablet of fiber for breakfast and have normal food for lunch and dinner. Exercise, drink plenty of water and restrict salt and sugar in your diet.
