Ingredients – Saunf, Mulethi, Banafasha, Munnaka, Jeera, Ajwain, Kali Mirch, Sonth, Dhania, Dalchini, Haldi, Pudina, Unab, Tulsi, Giloy, Badi Elaichi and Long
To make 2 cups of Kadha, take 2 tea spoons full of Kadha powder, boil in 6 cups of water till 2/3rd of it is evaporated. Sieve the leftover herbs and add sugar to taste. Drink while hot. Drink at least twice a day.
