The botanical name of Neem is – Azadirachta indica. Neem and its various preparations has been used in traditional Ayurveda for many diseases. Neem is known for its insecticidal and pesticide properties. Neem is a strong anti-inflammatory properties. Neem is anti-oxidant. Neem is also effective against several types of bacteria, virus’s and fungi. Neem may also have anti malarial properties. Neem is also used for control of diabetes.
